IMPORTANT DETAILS - Please read prior to filling this out.


  • Registering as a Consignor is a two step process. You must sign up as a Consignor for the JBFSNH September 2023 Sale on our website and also sign up on this site for your drop off appointment. You can register (or double check that you already did) on our website HERE.      
  • Entering your correct Consignor number when filling out this registration is critical to you receiving the correct percentage on your consignor check, the correct sale communications and any discounts you might qualify for. Please do not guess or fill in a random number. Even if you are positive you know your number, please double check on your JBF account to ensure you are filling out the correct number. This includes entering I vs 1 or vice versa which is a common mistake. You can use the link to our website above to double check your Consignor number. See image below for example consignor number as listed on a tag.


  • To manage occupancy, all sellers are required to select a Drop-Off Appointment and pay their Consignor Registration fee upfront. As a THANK YOU to those of you marking all of your items reduce AND donate to our Charity Partner after the sale if they do not sell, we will reduce your Consignor Fee by $5 when you register.  (This will be double checked in your tagging account as checks are cut and if all items aren't appropriately marked the $5 discount you received will be deducted from your check.)                                                                   
  • You will receive a confirmation email from RegFox as soon as you complete this. SAVE THIS EMAIL!!! There is a ticket attached we will scan at drop off. Also annotate in your calendar what time you selected for your appointments.                                                                     
  • A Pick-Up Appointment for unsold merchandise is needed if ALL of your items are not marked "donate".                                                                                                              
  • Team Member shifts are available now. You sign up for them on the JBF Website linked above. These shifts allow you to earn extra money on your sold items and you get to shop EXTRA EARLY!                                                                                                                             
  • You may drop off another Consignor's items but they must register for the same drop off time as you and complete the waiver ahead of time. Helpers may accompany you to drop off but please be mindful of keeping children by your side while inside the Hampshire Dome.                 
  • Power Sellers (350-699 items in inventory) & Mega Consignors (700+ items in inventory). Your additional consignor fee(s) will be deducted from your check. One consignor fee for every 350 items or portion of 350 item is policy. You only need to pay one fee upfront. Mega Consignors are not subject to discounts on their registrations except the Early Bird Registration Fee.               
  • Do not wait. Late Registration is effective September 15, 2023 and the Consignor Fee goes up to $20.

    *NOTE: I understand I am asked to sign up to help at the Power Consignor sorting/breakdown shift unless ALL of the items in my inventory are marked reduce/donate. I will additionally pay a second consignor fee which will be removed from my consignor check unless all of my items are marked to reduce/donate.

  • I will be bringing 700+ items to this sale. I understand I will be charged a consignor fee for every 350 items or part of 350 items in my inventory. One Consignor Fee will be paid now to reserve my slot and any additional fees will be taken from my consignor check after the sale based on the number of items in my tagging account inventory. I will also have one person for every 700 items brought in signed up to help during the Sunday 1pm-6pm Power Seller breakdown shift unless ALL of my items are marked to reduce and donate.

  • You MUST sign up to help with set up Wed, Sept 27th 8am-2pm to sign up for this drop off time. No exceptions. NOTE:Set up team shift is full. Only select this if you have ALREADY registered for the set up team. You will need to change your drop off appt if you select this and are not already signed up to help at set up.

  • No Power Sellers

  • MUST be checked in by 8:45pm - No Power Sellers

  • You must sign up to help during the Thurs, Sept 28th, morning inspection shift to select this drop off time.

*Sellers who mark all tags to donate and annotate it in this registration will receive $5 off their seller fee. Tags will be verified. The $5 will be deducted from consignor checks for Sellers who use choose this option and do not mark ALL tags "donate."
I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor / Team Member.
I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items.
I understand that Consignors who opt to assist for a minimum of 4 hours will be charged only 30% of her/his gross sales.
I understand that I will be charged 40% of my gross sales if I choose not to participate as a Team Member.
I understand there is a $15.00 Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment.
*I understand the Consignor Fee increases to $20 for registering on or after September 15, 2023.
I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 6pm-7pm and that I must select an appointment time for pick up if I am not donating all of my unsold items. Doors will remain locked until 6pm unless notified we are done with sorting early.
I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 7:01pm on Sunday, October 1, 2023, will be donated to the JBF Charity Partner, Lil' Iguana.
We are required to keep an accurate person count. For this reason, consignors will be admitted at their registered pickup time and up to 15 minutes past that time. Those without a registered pickup time will not be admitted.
I understand that items that are, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members and Staff and that after 5 rejected items, .25 per item will be removed from my consignor check.
I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:

1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and
2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken or damaged in any way; and
3) Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program and
4) Each item complies with applicable law, https://cpsc.gov; and
5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and
6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at 3:00pm on Saturday, Sept 30, 2023 until the sale ends and that Team Members who help at the sale may purchase items marked to discount and donate at 75% off on Sunday from 11:30am-12:30pm.
If I am helping at the sale, I will arrive 10 minutes early for my shift so that I can park my car and be ready to participate. If I am unable to fulfill my full team member commitment and unable to find a replacement, I will notify Carinae at 719-648-5994. I will check in and out at the Team Member Check-In area.
I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.

Consignors always get FREE ADMISSION at the sale! 

Your Consignor/Team Member Presale Tickets will be given to you at drop off. You may enter at anytime AFTER your earliest allotted time. So if you have a consignor ticket for 5:30pm but can't shop until Fri, you may use your consignor ticket to enter on Friday at any time. The only exception is for Team Member 50% off presale, you must qualify as a team member to enter prior to the consignor shopping time.

Every Consignor receives:

(1) Thurs 9/28, Consignor Presale ticket (Team Members entry times depend on how many hours they help)

(1) Thurs 9/28, Guest Presale Ticket (entry during the Consignor Presale time slot)

(3) Sat 9/30, Half Price Presale Ticket (entry for 4 adults - kids don't need a ticket)

Note: No children under 12 years old may attend any Thursday presales unless they are worn in a carrier. All children are welcome beginning on Friday when we open through the duration of the event.
